Avery is an Investor Relations Analyst for the Cancer Focus Fund.

Her responsibilities include playing a critical role in supporting the firm’s fundraising efforts and maintaining strong relationships with limited partners (LPs). She provides fundraising support, handles investor communications, assists with market research and analysis, and helps coordinate site visits and events.

Prior to joining the team, Avery was a servicing advisor for a boutique financial firm in Shreveport, Louisiana, and handled marketing, client service and strategy outreach efforts.

Avery attended Louisiana Tech University, graduating in Business with a minor in Chemistry. She graduated with honors, summa cum laude, and earned her Master of Business Administration, all in her four years at Louisiana Tech. She also obtained her Series 65 License.

Avery and her husband, Michael Green, reside in Shreveport.
