Jamie Aguirre | Partner

Jamie is the Chief Investment Officer of Atlas Capital Global, and an independent advisor to a Mexican pension fund with over $50 billion in assets.

He previously was the Investment Director of Private Equity and Venture Capital for Rice Management Company, which is the endowment for Rice University.

Prior to his work at Rice, he was a Principal at Austin Ventures. He is also a former Vice President in the TMT investment banking group at Goldman Sachs, and worked in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch's energy group in Houston, and the Latin America group in Mexico City.

Mr. Aguirre holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor’s in Business and Master’s in Public Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
